1 Important Way To keep the Body Healthy

One important way I keep my body healthy is striving to eat a variety of 2 fruits a day. Choosing the fruits in season is beneficial to the pocket book and choosing the ones with higher nutrients like oranges, guava and berries is very beneficial to the skin and getting rid of toxins in the body.

2 fruits a day keeps my body full and prevents lots of bad snacking and I get to still fit my Josie Wachi jeans!
